STIR/SHAKEN Trusted Calling , CNAM Caller ID, Zapier Improvements, and More!


Salesmsg has introduced new features and improvements to make it easier for users to stay compliant and improve the deliverability of SMS and calls. The latest feature, Trusted Calling, includes features like STIR/SHAKEN and CNAM Caller ID. The integration with Zapier has also been improved with six new features, including the ability to follow up with a text after a missed phone call and validate numbers with Phone Checker. Salesmsg has also added a new filter to segment out contacts that have opted out from a broadcast and a way for users to stay informed about the latest updates and features.

Over the last month, the team here was very busy building awesome features and improvements that I think are going to make you enjoy Salesmsg even more. So I can't wait to share with you. To help you stay compliant and improve the deliverability of your sms last year we rolled out A to P Ten dlc to do the same thing on the calling side, this year we rolled out trusted calling with awesome features such as Surshaking, cnam caller ID. With these features, you could improve the answer rates of your calls, eliminate the scam likely blackouts, and even personalize your business phone numbers with cool caller ids that represent your brand. With over 90% open rates, it is a no brainer to add sms to all your customer engagement workflows. That means integrating Salesmsg to other apps in your stack. But there are a million apps out there, so that's why we invest heavily in our zapper integration. Last month we added six new improvements including four new actions and two new triggers to open up a whole bunch of automation use cases for you, including following up with a text after a missed phone call, sending automated group messages, and even validating numbers with our validation service Phone checker. Have you ever sent a broadcast to a large list of numbers to get a whole bunch of opt outs that clutter the main view in the conversations?
