No, individual integration is unnecessary, as the Organization Owner automatically connects all members with their respective Salesforce accounts.
That user will not be able to do 2-way texting from their own Salesforce account.
If an error occurs in either Salesforce or Salesmsg, causing the integration to disconnect, you'll notice a prominent status bar at the top of your Salesmsg conversation page upon your next login, signaling the disconnection.
