If you use Calendly on Salesmsg to book appointments, you're going to love this update. The new and improved AI booking agent makes scheduling even smoother. The “chat to book a time” option can now complete the entire booking for your customer—including setting the time—without needing them to click on a Calendly link. It’s faster, easier, and dramatically boosts booking completion rates.
Managing missed calls just got easier. Whenever you miss a call, you'll now see a counter notification in the new Calls section on the left-hand sidebar. Click it to jump straight into your call log, where you can quickly see all missed calls across all inboxes, making follow-ups effortless.
We recently launched the new analytics dashboards, and last month we expanded the filtering options. You can now break down your team's performance by member and dig deeper with the new time-of-day filter. This is perfect for comparing activity during and after business hours.
And finally, reconnecting integrations is now much easier. Instead of disconnecting and reconnecting every time you need to refresh access or enable new features, you can now simply reconnect with one click—a small update that makes managing integrations a lot simpler.
