Hi everyone, I am back with another monthly product update. This month is all about discovery, control, and productivity. So, let's take a look together.
If you're new to Salesmsg and not sure where to start, or if you've been with us for a while but haven't explored everything in the platform, this feature is for you. We've added a brand-new section to the app called Discover, designed to help you uncover and make the most of everything Salesmsg offers.
The features are organized around what we call the four C’s of your customer lifecycle: Capture, Connect, Convert, and Care.
For example, under Capture, you’ll find tools that help you grow your prospect list through texting and calling—like Keywords, which make it easy for potential customers to text a word and instantly connect with your business.
Under Connect, you’ll see features like Broadcasts and Campaigns that help you stay in touch and build relationships.
For Convert, tools like Power Dialer help your sales team follow up with qualified leads and close deals faster.
And finally, under Care, you can use AI Agents to provide 24/7 support—answering questions, capturing concerns, and keeping customers happy.
Next up, a powerful improvement to AI Agents that gives you more control. Previously, if your AI Agent was handling a conversation and you wanted to jump in—say to clarify something or add extra context—you had to claim that chat and take over completely. Now, you can pause the agent, interject with your own message, and then hand it right back. The agent will pick up exactly where you left off using the new information you added. It’s a seamless way to collaborate with your agents and make them even smarter in real time.
We've also added the ability to save Knowledge Base documents as drafts. If you're working on new content or updating existing documents, you can now save your progress and come back to it later. Once it's ready, simply publish it to make it available to your AI Agents. This makes it much easier to build and refine high-quality resources for your agents over time.
Lastly, we've added two new ways to streamline contact ownership. When importing contacts, you can now assign ownership in bulk by including a “Contact Owner” column containing the email of the Salesmsg user. When you import, map that property to the contact owner in Salesmsg, and your new contacts will be automatically assigned to the right team member.
And for new contacts created from incoming texts or calls, you can now have Salesmsg automatically assign ownership to the first team member who interacts with them. Both options help you keep your team organized and ensure every contact gets the attention they deserve.
That’s it for this monthly product update! Check out those new features in your account today—and as always, thanks for watching.
