This month’s Salesmsg update brings key improvements to streamline communication and team workflows. You can now get email alerts for missed calls with contact info and call log links. Conversations can be transferred between inboxes for smoother team handoffs. CRM user mapping is now automatic, with a one-click remap option. Users can pin favorite segments and collapse the view for better focus. Plus, setting up AI appointment agents with Calendly is easier, with all booking links now visible for quick setup.

Hi everyone, I am back with the monthly product update with some great features and improvements. So, let's dive right in.

First up, a simple but super useful update.
You can now get email notifications for missed calls.
Just head to your notifications tab in personal settings and turn on email notifications.
From there, you'll get an email anytime you miss a call with the contact’s info and a direct link to the call logs so you can follow up fast.

Next up, a feature that teams and franchises using multiple inboxes are going to love.
You can now transfer conversations between inboxes.
For example, take a scenario when a sales rep closes a deal and needs to hand off the customer to the onboarding team.
The rep can transfer the full conversation thread with one click, giving the next team all the context they need to step in smoothly.

We also made CRM setup easier.
When you connect your CRM, Salesmsg will now auto-map your users to the correct CRM users.
And if you made any changes to a CRM you connected previously, you'll now see a one-click option to remap everyone at once.
No more manual matching.

For teams with lots of saved segments.
Individual users can now pin their favorite segments to the top for quick access.
Your team members can also collapse the segments view to simplify their view and stay focused on just the customers they are serving.

Finally, we made it easier to set up AI appointment booking agents with Calendly.
When selecting Calendly as your scheduling tool, you will now see all available booking links from your account,
making it super easy for admins to set up agents for the entire team.
