Hi everyone. I'm back with another monthly product update with some great improvements for Broadcast and Calling. So, let's review them together.
It used to be tricky to re-engage contacts who did not respond to a broadcast. Now, the new "No Answer" section on your Broadcast dashboard shows you exactly who got messages but did not reply. From there, send a quick follow-up broadcast or get fancy and let an AI agent handle it for you.
For large broadcasts, timing is everything. With the new "Restrict Sending Hour" setting, you can set a start and end time for delivery. And if some messages don't send in that window, you can choose to drop them or roll them over to the same time next day.
Here's a small but powerful update: Send from Contact Owner. This makes your central marketing broadcast feel more personal by sending them from the rep already talking to the contact, keeping the conversation flow smooth.
Call transcripts just got way better. They are now broken down by speaker, making them much easier to read. But even better, we've added an AI-powered summary with key points and action items, so you don't have to read the whole thing.
