Hi everyone. I'm back with another monthly product update, with some great improvements for Broadcast and Calling. So, let's review them together.
First up, an improvement for Broadcast users. You can now choose exactly who should handle the replies to your Broadcast messages. You can either stick to the default assignment rules you have on the inbox, or you can assign them to a specific teammate. It's a simple way to stay organized and make sure replies don't get missed.
Next, some nice upgrades to Campaigns. First, you can now preview all the campaign details without having to edit. You can see enrollment criteria, all the messages, and ringless voicemails that make up the campaign. Also, if a campaign is already running, you can manually drop contacts - perfect if someone is no longer interested but hasn’t specifically opted out.
We've also added more flexibility to how you manage inboxes. You can now give specific roles, like managers, the ability to manage all inboxes - even ones they are not part of. That includes adding and removing members, or deleting inboxes entirely.
And finally, for ActiveCampaign users, your Salesmsg call transcripts and AI summaries are now automatically logged as contact notes. You'll see the summary, a link to the call recording, and the full transcript - all there in ActiveCampaign.
