Hi everyone. I am very excited to announce a powerful new feature that will completely streamline how you triage your inboxes and respond to conversations whether you're a team of one or 100. So let's take a look together.
On the left panel where you normally see conversation views in your inboxes, you will now find a new section called smart views. So what are smart views? In a nutshell, smart views are saved filters that create preconfigured views across one or multiple inboxes. They eliminate the need to manually sift through conversations, especially when you're managing multiple inboxes and team members.
So, let's walk through a couple of examples on how you can use this feature. Say you have one shared inbox for your business, but you serve different customer segments like coaching clients and consulting clients, for example. You can create a smart view specifically for your coaching clients by selecting the inbox, applying the right tag, and giving the view a name. From there, you will instantly see those conversations with no extra filtering needed.
Another example, let's say you're a team lead managing three reps out of 50. You can now create a smart view that shows only the conversations assigned to those specific team members across the inboxes they work in. Now, staying on top of your team's conversations and jumping in to support your coach is just one click away.
Once created, you can easily manage your smart views, including pinning them to your favorites section, editing the filter criteria, or deleting views you no longer need.
Lastly, we're just getting started with smart views, and we want to make them even more powerful. If there's a specific filter you would like to see, you can click request a filter to let us know and we will work on getting it added. That's smart views, a new way for you to stay organized and focused.
