Hi everyone, since we released Salesmsg 2.0, we've been working really hard to improve every area of the product. In today's video, I want to walk you through the new and improved Media Library, which is designed to make it super simple for you to manage your media files. So, let's take a look.
When you click "Add Media," you will now see a new "View All" link that takes you right to the Media Library. Here, all your files are neatly organized. You will find everything in the "All" tab. You've also got tabs for images, videos, audio, and PDFs, so you can quickly find exactly what you're looking for.
You can choose between the grid view for a visual layout or switch to the list view for easy scanning. You can even add an "Uploaded By" column in the list view to see more details at a glance. For each media file, you've got some great actions available: you can add files directly to a conversation, copy a direct URL, or rename them to keep things organized just the way you like. You can also select multiple files to add to conversations, delete, or download all at once.
Lastly, for adding new files, just drag and drop, click upload, or add them from a URL. It's really that simple! That's the new Media Library in a nutshell - try it today and see how we make managing your media files super simple. Thanks for watching!
