Hi everyone! Since the release of Salesmsg 2.0, we have been making constant updates to the platform. Today, I am pleased to announce the newly revamped Salesmsg Broadcasts, featuring a very intuitive UI, easy creation of broadcasts, and detailed reporting. So, let's take a look at what's new.

The first thing you will notice is the streamlined navigation on the left. You can quickly switch between all one-time and recurring broadcasts. You can also toggle between SMS and ringless voicemail broadcasts, or apply filters to find exactly what you're looking for.

Creating a new broadcast is now more intuitive than ever. Start by giving your broadcast a name, then choose whether it's an SMS or ringless voicemail broadcast. Craft your message with ease using saved replies for speed, and add the personal touch with merge fields. Next, select the number you want to send from and pick the contacts to target. You can filter contacts based on any criteria you want or select from your previously created segments.

One of the standout features in this update is the ability to validate phone numbers using Phone Checker before sending, which helps you improve deliverability and optimize credit usage. When it comes to scheduling, you have several options: sending immediately, scheduling for later, or setting a recurring cadence. To make scheduling even more flexible, you can drip messages on specific days, choose the specific time of day, or schedule based on the contact's local time zone.

Lastly, you can run a live test by sending the message to yourself to ensure everything looks perfect before going live. Once your broadcast is up and running, you have access to real-time reports that provide detailed stats on delivery, replies, clicks, and much more. Plus, you can run bulk actions on contacts who received your broadcast for even more targeted engagement.
