Right up top, you've got the new all inboxes view. This gives you a live bird's eye view of every conversation happening across all shared inboxes. Perfect for team leads or managers who need to stay on top of things. You can filter instantly to see unassigned conversations, making it easy to identify gaps and make sure no messages are slipping through the cracks. From there, just click to assign any conversation to the right person right from the same screen. No jumping around required.
We've made it easier to stay focused on what matters. With the new yours view, you will see just the conversations assigned to you across all inboxes. No more clicking into each inbox just to find your work. Everything is centralized in one streamlined list. And if you need to follow up with something a teammate asked you to look at, the mentions view shows you every conversation where someone on your team tagged you, so you can jump in, reply, and keep things moving without missing a beat.
If you ever started a reply but didn't hit send, don't worry. We've got you covered. The new drafts view pulls together every message you started but never finished. So you can pick up right where you left off without starting over.
