Transcript

Hi everyone. RCS is an exciting new messaging channel that is reshaping how businesses communicate to their customers. And we're excited to announce that it's now in beta on Sales Message.

With RCS, your messages come with built-in brand recognition and a richer, more interactive experience for your customers.

The first step to start using RCS in Sales Message is to create your RCS sender and submit it for approval. During setup, you'll add everything that represents your business from your business name, description, logo, banner image, and brand color. You can also include helpful contact information like your phone number, email, and website. To complete your sender, you will provide links to your privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Once your sender is approved, Sales Message will automatically create a new RCS inbox for you. You can invite multiple team members to collaborate in that inbox and start sending one-on-one RCS messages just like you would from any other inbox. You can also use your RCS sender to message multiple contacts at once using broadcasts. Simply choose your RCS inbox when setting up your broadcast and you're good to go.

To make sure every customer gets your message, even if their device isn't RCS compatible yet, you can configure an SMS fallback inbox. Sales Message will automatically detect when a recipient can't receive RCS messages and send your messages via SMS instead.

If you're looking to elevate your customer experience, start exploring RCS today and stay tuned for many more RCS updates coming soon. Thanks for watching.
