We’ve redesigned the Numbers page to make it easier than ever to manage your phone numbers. Let’s take a quick tour of what’s new.
Everything you need is now in one clean, organized view.
At the top, you’ll see your number licenses, which show how many phone numbers your account can have. You can easily add more licenses or remove unused ones in just a few clicks.
Below that, the overview table gives you a complete snapshot of all your numbers, whether they’re already assigned to Inboxes or available to be assigned.
For each number, you’ll see key details like the assigned Inbox, toll-free verification status, and the number type.
Need to remove a number? Just click Release Number, choose another number to reassign conversations to, confirm, and you’re done.
When assigning numbers, you can do it one by one or in bulk. Assign them to existing Inboxes or create new Inboxes during the assignment process.
If you’re bringing in numbers from Twilio, you can import them into Salesmsg with one click. Just head to the Unassigned tab and click Import.
We’ve also made it simple to add numbers however your business needs. You can buy new local or toll-free numbers directly in the app, connect numbers from apps like Aircall to layer in texting, use Text-Enable Landline to respond to customers already texting your landline, or fully transfer your number with the Port Your Number option for complete texting and calling in Salesmsg.
