Good day everyone. It's that time again. Our monthly product update is here. Got some exciting new features and improvements to showcase, so let's explore together. Last month we announced the Intercom integration, one of the most exciting sales message integrations for the year. This month we added more improvements to make it even better, including two way contact syncing. This will ensure that the same contact exists in both systems, but also that whenever a contact is updated on either system, updates are reflected all the way. Next on the list is an improvement for our HubSpot users. Previously, we had Salesmsg activity timeline events only on contact. Now they are available on both deals and tickets, making sure you have all the information you need to close those deals and tickets in no time. One of the great things about Salesmsg calling is that call recordings and voicemails are displayed in the message timeline. We took it a step further by giving you the ability to transcribe these recordings into text. That way you can skim them faster and get that information you need without having to listen to the entire recording. You have a long list of contacts that you want to exclude from your broadcasts. Maybe they are unresponsive leads or customers who are no longer interested in receiving SMS messages from you. Now you can simply do that with the newly added bulk opt out feature. Simply select those contacts with the filter and click on Manage opt out steps. Last but not least, a very cool feature for the heavy broadcast users out there. You now get a time estimate of how long your broadcast is going to take. The estimate varies based on the size of the segment you're sending the broadcast to.
