And the best part is that you can use merge fields from Sales Message or HubSpot directly in your qualification criteria. If the agent does not have the information, it will automatically ask for it during the conversation.
For example, let us say you are a recruiter and you want to focus only on candidates who have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. You can reference those fields and clearly describe your criteria.
From there, you can set up optional actions for qualified leads, such as automatically applying a tag or leaving a contact note. And for disqualified leads, you have a powerful option.
