Hi everyone. Today we're rolling out some awesome calling features to help you stay focused during a call and organized after. So let's take a look.
Let's start with what you see during the call. Now, whether it's an inbound call or an outbound call, you'll see all the key contact details right inside the call popup-no need to switch tabs. That includes Salesmsg fields. And if you're using a CRM like HubSpot, you'll also see CRM fields and associated objects right there while you're talking.
Next, with the newly added Call Notes feature, you can now take notes directly during your call, making it easier to capture key details, action items, and follow-ups in real time without switching between tools. As soon as the call ends, all the notes you took during the call are saved in the conversation timeline. And if you're using HubSpot, your call notes sync instantly using HubSpot's native notes timeline event. That means less manual work and more accurate records for you and your team.
For longer calls, you don't have to worry about missing anything. Enable automatic call transcription, and our AI generates a smart summary with key points discussed during the call and a "Next Steps" section highlighting any follow-up actions. And if you want to revisit something specific, you'll have the full transcript broken down by speaker, so it's easy to scan and find what you need.
