2025 Highlights: Celebrating Our Favorite Salesmsg Features

2025 was an exciting year for Salesmsg, with a modernized platform, smarter AI agents, and powerful automation tools. We launched multi-step campaigns, enhanced Workflows 2.0, added RCS messaging, and expanded global reach to over 100 countries. HubSpot, Salesforce, and new integrations made communication seamless, helping teams connect with customers, collaborate efficiently, and grow faster than ever.

Hi everyone, 2025 is officially behind us and in this video I would like to take a trip down memory lane to walk you through the most important features and improvements we shipped last year. So let's take a look together.

Throughout 2025, we continued refreshing the sales message app with a cleaner, more modern design. We shipped major UI updates across the platform, including improvements, triggers, keywords, analytics, and much more, making the app easier and faster to use every day.

On the AI and automation front, 2025 was a huge year. We took AI agents to the next level with our most powerful agent yet, the appointment booking agent. It integrates directly with Calendarly and can seamlessly book appointments for you via text completely on autopilot. We also made agents smarter with the introduction of the knowledge base, giving you the ability to upload documents and provide richer context so your agents can respond more accurately and confidently.

Automations got a big boost in 2025 with the release of sales message campaigns. Campaigns let you set up multi-step drip campaigns using SMS and ringless voicemail in just minutes. For even more advanced automation, we also refreshed workflows, giving you greater flexibility and control over complex automations.

To elevate the messaging experience for your customers, we added an exciting new channelled sales message, RCS. RCS is up and coming and now you can take advantage of richer messaging by signing up for an RCS sender directly through sales message.

We also went international in 2025. Sales message now supports messaging in over 100 countries. You can add international numbers and text them just like you already do with your US and Canada numbers. No extra complexity.

As always, we continued investing heavily in making Sales Message the best calling and texting app for HubSpot users. In 2025, we made it even easier to text and call from HubSpot with the native Sales Message app card, letting you send messages without having to leave HubSpot. We also brought calling natively into HubSpot, so you can make calls, take notes during calls, and set call dispositions, all directly within the platform.

Similarly, we took the Salesforce integration app a notch. We brought more of the sales message experience directly into Salesforce, including custom flow actions to send text messages, engage contacts with AI agents, send ringless voicemails, and enroll contacts into SMS campaigns.

More on integrations. We kicked off our Zoho CRM integration journey and we will continue making major improvements through 2026. And since there are thousands of apps out there, we added sales message to several automation platforms like Integrately, Caragon, and NATE. All to give you broader coverage and more flexibility in how you connect your tools. If you want a deeper dive into any of these features, I've left helpful links in the description below.
