Hi everyone. We've added a small but mighty feature to Salesmsg that makes it easier for your team to serve customers. Say hello to Quick Links.
Quick Links live right in the contact sidebar and take you straight to external pages your team uses all the time - like CRM profiles, billing systems, help docs, or internal tools. No more bouncing between tabs or searching manually. One click, and you're exactly where you need to be.
To set it up, go to Settings, then click Quick Links under Product. Click Add Link to get started. Then give your link a name and paste in the URL.
Here's the cool part: you can make your links dynamic. Just merge in custom contact fields like contact ID or company ID, and this will make links update automatically based on who you're talking to.
Once saved, your Quick Links will show up on the contact sidebar. That's Quick Links - simple, powerful, and a real time-saver. Set it up once, and your team will have everything they need right at their fingertips.
