Hi everyone. Over the course of the quarter, we've released some new amazing capabilities for sales message within HubSpot, and I can't wait to walk you through them in this video.
A few weeks ago, we launched the sales message app card in HubSpot, which makes it easy to send a quick text from any contact record. Now, we've expanded it with even more ways for your reps to engage customers. For example, they can have an AI qualification agent automatically qualify leads in the background while they stay focused on active deals. They can also enroll contacts into a sales message campaign, which is similar to HubSpot sequence, but built with SMS and ringless voicemail to keep prospects engaged. And as they're working leads, reps can drop contacts straight into a power dollar queue to instantly build out their call lists.
What reps can do one-on-one from a contact record, you can now scale out using HubSpot workflows. For example, imagine engaging prospects based on their deal stage. When a new lead comes in, an AI agent can automatically step in to qualify them. Once qualified, the Power Dialer campaign action can add them straight into your rep's calling cues. So, every morning, your team starts with a fresh list of qualified leads ready to call.
And for older leads, you can enroll them into a sales message campaign to nurture them with SMS and ringless voicemail. It's a powerful way to combine HubSpot automations with sales message conversations in a scalable way.
And finally, for teams using sales message calling inside HubSpot, we made calls more productive. Reps can now capture call notes live during the call and also set the call type at the same time. Both the notes and the call type sync automatically into the HubSpot timeline, saving time and keeping records consistent without any extra data entry.
That's it for this quick update. We would love to hear your feedback and thanks for watching.
