Hi everyone. As we close out the quarter, we're back with another HubSpot integration update - and this one comes with some powerful new features to level up how you use Salesmsg and HubSpot together. So, let's take a look.
First up: smart call transcripts. Salesmsg call recordings now fully leverage HubSpot's voice intelligence features. Your call transcripts are broken down by speaker. You can see talk time for each one at a glance.
For team leads, it gets even better - you can highlight specific segments of a call, leave notes, or send feedback with a timestamped snippet directly to the rep for coaching.
Next, your Salesmsg conversation notes now sync to all associated objects with contacts - like deals and tickets. These notes use HubSpot's native notes activity feed component, show who left the note, and include a direct link back to the original conversation in Salesmsg.
Over on the Salesmsg side, you can now sync custom fields with HubSpot properties. Head to the integration settings and open the new Property Mapping section. Select the Salesmsg field you want to sync, search the matching HubSpot property, and map them.
Once mapped, your team will see the extra data right in the contact card - and can edit or update it in Salesmsg, with changes syncing back to HubSpot. If you need more context, you can also jump to the full contact record or any associated object in HubSpot directly from the sidebar.
And finally, you can now filter Salesmsg contacts using HubSpot lists - and combine that with other filter criteria as needed. These refined segments work everywhere in the app, including for AI agents, campaigns, Power Dialer, and more.
That's all for this update. Go check out these features and make the most out of your Salesmsg and HubSpot integration.
Thanks for watching.
