Hi everyone, I am back with the monthly product update with some great improvements and features. So, let's walk through them together.
Do you get a lot of spam calls and texts that waste your credits and more importantly your time? If yes, then this feature is for you. You can now block spam callers with one click. When you receive a call from an unknown number and you hang up, you will now see an option to block and report the contact as spam. Once blocked, that contact won't be able to reach you again via calls or texts. And if you forget to block them right away, you can always do it later from the contact card.
Next, if you're sending a time-sensitive broadcast, you can now see how long it will take to deliver before you hit send. This gives you better visibility and helps you ensure messages go out at the right time, especially for things like reminders or promotions.
Next up, a quick refresher on three awesome features that have been recently redesigned. Starting with teams. Teams let you group users based on how your business operates, such as teams like sales, marketing, or locations. Creating a team is simple. Just give it a name and add the members you want to be on that team. If you're a HubSpot user, you can even import your existing teams to mirror your structure instantly. Beyond organization, teams help with access control. From user permissions, you can define whether users see all contacts, contacts within their team, or only their own, making collaboration cleaner and more structured.
We also streamlined the custom fields page. You can now quickly view, search, and manage all your fields in one place and create new ones in just a few clicks. It's faster, cleaner, and easier to work with.
And finally, we have refreshed the developer section of Salesmsg. You can now easily create and manage apps, generate secure access tokens, and see all your connected tools in one organized view. Everything is more intuitive, so you can focus on building and integrating without the hassle.
