Hi, everyone! February may be the shortest month of the year, but it was a very productive one. Here at Salesmsg, I have a jam-packed video with some great features and improvements, so let's take a look together.
First up, we've simplified search to help you get to what you need faster with fewer clicks. Now, as you start typing a keyword, Salesmsg will automatically search across your contacts and messages across all inboxes and show the top matches instantly. If you want to narrow things down further, you can easily switch between the Contacts or Messages tab to zero in on exactly what you're looking for.
Next, a great improvement to your IVR phone trees. You can now send an SMS automatically when a caller selects a specific option in your phone menu. For example, if your team can't answer every incoming call but you still want to capture new business, you can send the caller a text with your booking link so they can choose a time that works for them. It's a simple way to turn missed calls into scheduled meetings.
If you transfer calls between teams, like from Sales to Support, you'll love this update. Now, when a call is transferred, the recording stays unified in a single recording, so you don't lose any part of the conversation. This makes it much easier to review the full interaction without jumping between multiple recordings.
Next up, an improvement for ActiveCampaign users. You can now create or update Salesmsg contacts directly from ActiveCampaign Automations. You can pass merge fields like phone number, first name, last name, and email, and optionally apply a tag. This makes it easier for you to keep your contacts in sync while automating your workflows.
And finally, a small but very helpful improvement for Salesmsg campaigns. You can now edit live campaigns without having to pause them first. Whether you're refining the messaging or adjusting the timing between steps, you can make your updates and publish them when you're ready, keeping everything running smoothly.
That's all for this monthly product update. As always, we appreciate your feedback, and thanks for watching!
