Hi everyone. Over the course of the quarter, we've released some new amazing capabilities for Salesmsg within HubSpot, and I can't wait to walk you through them in this video.
A little while back, we introduced the Salesmsg app card built using HubSpot's native design to the contact object in HubSpot. From the card, you can quickly send a text, view some messages, jump into the full conversation, or enroll someone into a Salesmsg automation.
Now, that same experience is available across HubSpot objects like companies, deals, and tickets. So, for example, if your sales reps spend most of their day working from a deal record, they can send the prospect a quick text without leaving the page. To set it up, open the Salesmsg integration settings inside HubSpot. Head to the app card tab, click manage locations, and choose exactly which HubSpot objects and locations you want the cards to appear on.
Next up, we've made a couple of improvements for teams using HubSpot help desk with SMS as a channel for support tickets for inbound messages that create new tickets. You can now automatically assign the ticket based on either the conversation assignee or the contact owner. Conversation assignee is a great option if you want the person already handling the conversation to own that ticket. Contact owner, on the other hand, works well when each customer has a dedicated rep on your team. And for outbound messages, we've also improved when a ticket gets created. Instead of creating unnecessary tickets from every marketing message or outbound text from your team, a ticket is only created once the customer replies. This helps keep your inboxes focused on conversations that need attention.
Next, we've added a new Salesmsg action to HubSpot workflows for campaigns. Salesmsg campaigns are a great way to create drip sequences of text messages and ringless voicemails spaced out over time to keep your follow-up consistent. And follow-up matters. Based on our own data from millions of messages, 42% of conversations require more than one follow-up before the customer replies.
Now, directly inside the HubSpot workflow, simply add the Salesmsg campaign action, choose the phone number property, and select the campaign you want the contact to be enrolled into.
And finally, if you use HubSpot meetings for scheduling and want to take advantage of Salesmsg AI appointment booking agents, this one is for you. Inside your AI agent's booking settings, you can now choose HubSpot as the scheduling app. When selected, Salesmsg automatically pulls in your active HubSpot meeting links. So, you can simply choose which one the agent should use. From there, the AI agent can have a natural conversation with your customer and book meetings directly over text. And with smart meetings, the agent can also help manage things like cancellation and rescheduling requests automatically. That means your team can spend more time actually talking with your customers and less time going back and forth managing calendars.
That's it for this quick update. We would love to hear your feedback and thanks for watching.
