Hi everyone. Over the course of the quarter, we've released some new, amazing capabilities for Salesmsg within HubSpot, and I can't wait to walk you through them in this video.
First up, HubSpot Meetings is now supported by Salesmsg AI Booking Agents. When configuring an AI agent, you can now select HubSpot Meetings as your scheduling tool and connect your existing meeting links in just a few clicks. From there, your AI agent can collect the information it needs, find availability, and book meetings directly onto your HubSpot calendar. This means prospects can schedule appointments with your team 24/7 through a simple text conversation, without any manual intervention.
Next, we've improved how call outcomes are captured and synced to HubSpot. Whether you're completing a live call or simply dropping a voicemail, Salesmsg will now prompt you to select a call outcome before finishing. When selected, that outcome is automatically logged to the contact's timeline in HubSpot. This helps keep your CRM data clean and ensures your reporting accurately reflects every customer interaction.
For users who spend a lot of time making calls from HubSpot, we've added a small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement. You can now select a default inbox for the calling widget. Once configured, your preferred Salesmsg number will be automatically selected every time you start a call, saving clicks and ensuring you're always calling from the right number.
For franchises and multi-location businesses, we've made it easier to automate outreach at scale. Using HubSpot Workflows, you can now enroll contacts into AI agents while automatically sending messages from the contact owner's Salesmsg inbox. This allows you to centralize automation while maintaining a personal touch.
And finally, we've enhanced the Salesmsg App Card inside HubSpot. You can now see the most recent message exchange with a contact directly from the contact record, including the message status, timestamp, and the phone number used. And if you're about to send a message from a different number than the one you used previously, we'll give you a quick reminder before you send. This gives you better context and helps keep conversations consistent. That's it for this quick update. We'd love to hear your feedback, and thanks for watching.
