Hi everyone. We've released some great improvements to the Salesmsg HubSpot integration this past quarter, so let’s take a look at what’s new.
We continue to bring Salesmsg AI capabilities deeper into HubSpot - this time with a brand-new AI data collection workflow action. Let’s say you’re an accounting firm qualifying leads, and you typically ask for things like annual revenue, team size, and business address. Now, you can automate that entire process. Just choose the contact’s phone number, the phone number you want to send from, and define how your AI agent should handle the conversation - things like tone and how to respond to pushback. Lastly, and most importantly, specify the fields you want to collect. As customers reply, their responses are automatically saved directly into HubSpot properties, ready to be used in your workflows.
Another simple but powerful use case is collecting feedback. For example, you can gather NPS scores and have the agent ask a follow-up question about why your customers gave that score. With this easy-to-configure AI action, you can set up a workflow that continuously brings in valuable customer insights.
Next, a small but impactful improvement for those who work with multiple tabs open: previously, when you received an inbound call while using Salesmsg in HubSpot, every open tab would ring, which could be overwhelming. Now, only the active tab will ring, and you’ll see a visual indicator at the top of the browser, making it easier to stay focused and avoid confusion.
And finally, we’ve added more control over timeline events in HubSpot. You can now choose exactly which Salesmsg activities get logged - whether it’s calls, messages, notes, or voicemails - with a simple toggle. You can also extend this beyond contacts and log events on associated objects like deals and tickets, giving your entire team better visibility across the customer journey.
That’s it for this quick update. Stay tuned for more great improvements, and thanks for watching.
