Hi everyone. In the last quarter, we've released a lot of features and improvements for the Salesforce integration to make it even better. So, let's take a look at what's new.
First up, Salesmsg is now available for custom Salesforce objects. With this update, you can use all the familiar Salesmsg features — like one-on-one texting and calling from the widget and activity timeline logging — directly on your custom objects. This gives you a lot more flexibility to tailor Salesmsg to your unique Salesforce setup.
Taking custom objects a step further, you can now send automated text messages directly from Salesforce flows built around custom objects. When configuring a Salesmsg SMS action, simply select the target object and choose the phone number field you want to use. For example, if you have a custom object that tracks service appointments, you can automatically send appointment reminders or status updates whenever those records change. This brings the full power of Salesmsg automations to every part of your Salesforce workflow.
Next, we've added support for AI agents in Salesforce flows. To get started, create a custom flow action for the agent you want to use. For example, let's say you have a lead qualification agent that asks prospects a series of qualifying questions. Once that flow action is created, you can use it directly inside your Salesforce flows, just like any other action. The result: your leads get immediate engagement and qualification, while your sales reps spend less time gathering information and more time focusing on qualified opportunities.
In addition to AI agents, you can now engage your customers automatically using ringless voicemail and Power Dialer campaigns. Once you create the custom actions, you can use them inside your Salesforce flows. For example, you might automatically add prospects to a Power Dialer campaign when they reach a specific stage in your sales process, ensuring your reps always have fresh calling lists ready to go. Or you can automatically deliver ringless voicemail after a lead submits a form, requests information, or reaches a key milestone in their journey. Together, these actions give you more ways to automate customer engagement directly from Salesforce, while keeping outreach timely and personalized.
That's all for this quick video. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next one.
