Hi everyone. In the last quarter, we've released a lot of features and improvements for the Salesforce integration to make it even better. So, let's take a look at what's new.
First up, Salesmsg is now available for custom Salesforce objects. With this update, you can use all the familiar Salesmsg features - like one-on-one texting and calling from the widget and activity time-on logging - directly on your custom objects. This gives you a lot more flexibility to tailor Salesmsg to your unique Salesforce setup.
Next, you can now send messages as the contact owner. When sending bulk messages, you can choose the record owner as the "send from" number, and Salesmsg will automatically use the correct inbox for each contact. This helps keep communication consistent and ensures messages come from the right rep - especially useful for teams managing assigned leads. You can also use this in Salesforce flows by selecting "record owner" as the "send from" number when you configure flow actions.
We've also added a new Power Dialer action for Salesforce flows. Let's say you've set up dedicated calling queues for each one of your SDRs in Salesmsg. Now you can automatically enroll leads into these queues as they come in. Your reps can start their day with a ready-to-go list to call - no manual prep needed. Just pick up the phone and start dialing.
And finally, we've expanded two-way syncing to include custom fields. If you have syncing enabled between Salesmsg and Salesforce, you can now map your custom fields between both systems. Any updates made in Salesmsg or Salesforce will automatically sync back and forth, keeping your data consistent across platforms.
That's all for this quick video. Thanks for watching, and we'll see you in the next one.
