With this feature, you can send voicemails in bulk without making a single phone call. Just select the contacts you want to reach, then click Send Mass Ringless Voicemail. Choose the number you want the message to come from, then upload your audio - either from a link or your existing voicemail library. And that's it!
From there, every voicemail you send will appear in the Salesforce activity timeline, along with a link to the conversation and the audio message you sent.
To turn on Ringless Voicemail in Salesforce, go to Salesmsg in the App Launcher and enable the Ringless Voicemail action for the objects you use. This feature works on Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities.
