Hi everyone!

Since launching the Salesmsg integration for Salesforce, we've been making a lot of improvements. Today, Salesmsg is a fully integrated texting and calling solution for Salesforce. So let's take a look at the new updates.

For calling users, this is a big one! You can now make and receive calls directly inside Salesforce using Salesmsg - no need to switch between apps. Once enabled, navigate to Salesmsg, and you will see a new phone icon on the bottom toolbar. From here, you can search Salesforce contacts and call them instantly. You can also answer inbound calls using the same widget.

Stay on top of every conversation with real-time Salesmsg notifications inside Salesforce. Get instant alerts for new messages and incoming calls so you can respond quickly and never miss an opportunity. Whether you're in a deal-closing conversation or nurturing a lead, these notifications help you stay ahead.

The Salesmsg messaging experience inside Salesforce just got a major upgrade! The newly redesigned Salesmsg widget is built for speed, simplicity, and a more intuitive experience. Navigate conversations effortlessly, access key features faster - including calling - and enjoy a seamless interface that fits right into Salesforce.

You now have the "Send Mass SMS" feature for Salesforce opportunities. When you select a list of opportunities and click on "Send Mass SMS," you will see a list of all contacts associated with these opportunities. You can remove any contacts you want to exclude and choose the inbox you want to send the message from. When crafting your message, you can leverage quick text templates and personalize them with merge fields.

Lastly, you now have more control over how new contacts are created in Salesforce with enhanced contact creation settings. You can choose to auto-create contacts when they’re added to Salesmsg or prevent unnecessary entries by keeping new contacts in Salesmsg until you choose to create them in Salesforce.

That's it for the new updates to the Salesmsg integration for Salesforce! Try them out today and let us know what you think. Thanks for watching!
