Hi everyone, I'm back with another monthly product update with some great features to help your team work more efficiently and empower your admins to have better visibility into the Salesmsg account.
First up, we've completely redesigned how Salesmsg handles multiple incoming calls. If you are already on a call and another one comes in, you will see it in the calling widget. From there, you can place your current call on hold and answer the new one, or simply decline the incoming call without interrupting your active conversation. It's a much smoother way to manage busy call periods without missing important opportunities.
Next, we've added more control over conversation ownership. You can now decide which roles on your team have permission to reassign conversations between team members. This is especially useful if you have established lead routing rules and want to ensure conversations stay with the right owner. Team members can still claim unassigned conversations, but with this permission disabled, they won't be able to reassign existing conversations that already belong to someone else.
Next, we've added much more detailed credit reporting for admins. Inside Analytics, you will now find a new credit usage sources dashboard that breaks down exactly where your credits are being used. For example, you can see how many credits were consumed by a specific AI agent, workflow, or broadcast, making it much easier to understand usage and optimize your automations.
Growing your team just got easier. When inviting a new member, you will now have the option to assign later instead of immediately assigning them to an inbox. This allows new team members to join your account and get set up first while you decide which inbox they'll use later. It's a simple, more flexible onboarding experience.
And finally, we've also made it easier to stay informed about the health of the Salesmsg platform. Inside Settings, you'll now find a new System section where you can view live status and performance information. So if you're ever wondering whether there is a platform issue, you can check system health right from within the Salesmsg app.
That's it for this monthly update. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next month.
