At Salesmsg, we often say that conversations are good for business. And it's true - when you can start those conversations faster, you can reach the results you want even faster! This month, we're rolling out features and upgrades to help you start conversations even faster.

Our new Shortcut Key System lets you zip from one conversation to another with just a few keystrokes. To send a message, simply hit Command + Enter on a Mac or Control + Enter on a PC. You'll be firing out messages in no time! And if you have a template ready to go, just hit forward slash to bring up all your saved replies and skip typing altogether.

At the top of your conversations page, you now have a complete list of every call and chat inside each inbox. This new list lets you quickly track and prioritize unread messages, locate conversations in seconds, and see exactly which calls and chats were missed, answered, or went to voicemail - all in one place!

Need to reassign a contact? You can easily pass it on to the right person on your team so they can engage with the customer faster. Plus, you can limit access to contacts to individual users or the Salesmsg team they belong to.

For team leads out there, we've also made it easier for you to navigate between inboxes without worrying about marking the first message as unread. This ensures that there's no confusion or distraction and that unread messages are attended to in a timely fashion.
