Hi everyone. If you're using Salesmsg with HubSpot workflows, then this update is for you. We've added powerful tools to help you track performance, measure engagement, and troubleshoot issues with ease.
So, let's say you're using the Send SMS action from Salesmsg in your HubSpot workflows and want to know how many contacts actually received and replied to your message. Until now, it was hard to get that visibility. Not anymore.
Under AI and Automation in Salesmsg, you’ll find a new section called HubSpot Workflows. In here, simply search for the workflow you want to analyze, and you’ll see a full dashboard. It shows every contact who was sent a message, along with detailed stats such as how many messages were delivered, how many contacts replied, and how many failed.
For those who want to dig deeper and troubleshoot issues, head over to the Salesmsg App Marketplace page, and you’ll find a new section called Automation Logs. Every Send SMS action from a HubSpot workflow is broken down step by step so you can quickly pinpoint what went wrong. Whether it’s an issue with the message, the contact, or something like an invalid phone number, for example, you’ll see it all right here.
