Hi everyone. Last month, we launched Salesmsg Campaigns, and now we're adding a powerful upgrade: Date Field Campaigns.
With this improvement, you can now send messages on, before, or after any contact’s date or datetime field.
So, let's see how it works.
Let's say you're a dental office, and you want to send your customers reminders before their appointments and follow up with them afterward to ask for reviews.
First, we'll add a message to go out one day before the appointment. Click Date Field, set it to 1 day before, then select your Appointment Date field. Choose a time-let’s go with 9:00 a.m.-and turn on Use Contact Time Zone to make sure messages go out at the right local time.
Next, we'll add a second reminder 1 hour before the appointment. Same setup-we'll just select the Appointment Time field.
Finally, add a follow-up message for 2 days after the appointment. This is a great moment to check in and ask for a review. And that's it! Your campaign now sends perfectly timed messages before and after every appointment.
