Say hello to Campaigns.
With Campaigns, you can build multi-step drip sequences in just seconds. Combine SMS and ringless voicemail into one seamless flow. And the best part? No more juggling multiple broadcasts to send a sequence of messages. Campaigns keep everything organized, automated, and on track.
So let’s walk through setting up a campaign - say, for example, a webinar reminder flow.
We’ll start by defining the enrollment criteria. In this case, I’ll target anyone with the tag April Webinar.
Next, I’ll add the first message in the sequence - a simple registration confirmation that sends out immediately when the tag is applied to contacts that registered for the webinar.
Then, from there, I’ll schedule a reminder text to go out just one day before the webinar.
And finally, I’ll add a last-minute, one-hour reminder text to boost attendance right before the session starts.
Just like that, we’ve created a multi-step campaign.
Before you turn it on, there are some powerful extras you can enable.
You can toggle the Unenroll on SMS response option if you want contacts that reply to be dropped from the sequence.
You can also choose whether contacts can re-enter a campaign if they meet the criteria again.
Once your campaign is live, you can manage it from a detailed campaign dashboard.
Here, you can see how many contacts were enrolled, how many are in progress, and how many completed the flow.
You can even drill down to the stats for each step in the sequence and run bulk actions on enrolled contacts when needed.
