Hi everyone. We've continued refreshing the Sales Message app with a new look and feel. In this quick video, I'll walk you through a few hidden gems that are now easier to use with a clean, user-friendly design.
First up, the general settings page is now neatly organized into conversations, calling, and security. For conversations, you can automatically close out all threads after a set duration or even auto-close when a customer opts out—both of which are great features to keep your inboxes clean and focused. On top of that, you can set conversations to automatically assign to the right contact owner and even view a consolidated conversation history across inboxes so every teammate has the full picture.
On the calling side, you now have the option to automatically record calls, perfect for training new reps or meeting compliance requirements.
Another hidden gem that we've refreshed is Email to SMS. This is a great tool if you spend a lot of time in your email inbox. You can now respond to text messages right alongside your emails. You can map one or more of your Sales Message inboxes to as many email addresses as you need, making it easier to manage everything in one place.
And lastly, the numbers section has been completely redesigned. From managing existing numbers to adding new ones, the experience is now faster and simpler.
