Getting started is simple. Just head to the new Power Dialer section under Outbound and click New Campaign. You can use existing contact segments or apply filters to build your call list. Give your campaign a name, and either start dialing right away or save it as a draft to come back to later.
Once your campaign starts, the Power Dialer’s clean and focused design helps you zip through calls quickly. You move through the list with a 5-second delay between calls. If you need to skip or drop a contact, no problem-it’s just a click away. And if you need a break, simply pause and exit. Your session will be saved, so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
All your campaigns-drafts, in progress, paused, and finished-are organized in a single table view. From here, you can start, resume, duplicate, or end any session. If you want more detail, click into any campaign to see how many contacts were called, how many answered, and how many didn’t. You can even take action on those contacts, like starting a new session with people who did not pick up.
