Hello, Salesmsg I'm from product marketing. Here, in this short video, I would like to walk you through one of our conversation features - texting AI.
Here I am in our conversation window, and I have prepared a message. As you can see, it's not the best message; it has some errors. The sentence is not really good and clear, but we have AI.
So let's work through all these features one by one. First of all, suggest a response. Suggest a response is the only AI feature that doesn't require you to enter anything in the message box. It takes your history with the current contact and suggests a response.
I rephrase my message; let's try if it would generate a better version or a more English version of my message. But as you can see, in this case, it just corrected my typo. So let's try it again, make it more friendly. It does exactly what it says; it converted my second sentence into a better, more friendly version and again corrected the typo. Let's keep going.
Let's try to make it more formal again. It works just as you would expect; you know, it uses words suitable for a more businesslike tone. Again, corrected the typo. Let's keep going.
Expand. So this is going to come up with a longer version of my message. As you can see, we have options. And then for this, it wouldn't work as well, but we do have make it shorter version. And as you can see, even for such a small message, the AI managed to shrink it down.
We also have three buttons here: cancel, which you have seen me press a number of times, which just ignores the input; try again, which regenerates the text, going to be slightly different. And as soon as this generates, I can press "I like it," which will essentially tell the AI that this is fine, the text that it generated is good, and I want to use it.
And here we are. So let's say I like it, and as you can see, this is now in my message box. Also, if you want to use part of your message as an input, you can select it, highlight it, and you can do the same. So I can just do, "What's your what's the time?" More friendly. And then here it doesn't understand the context, but as you can see how it works. That's it.
Thank you and happy texting!
