Hi everyone, I'm back with another round of updates covering calling, analytics, AI agents, and more. So, let's review together.
First up, we've completely redesigned how Salesmsg handles multiple incoming calls. If you're already on a call and another one comes in, you will see it in the calling widget. From there, you can place your current call on hold and answer the new one, or simply decline the incoming call without interrupting your active conversation. It's a much smoother way to manage busy call periods without missing important opportunities.
On the analytics side, we've added a new dashboard to help admins better understand where their credits are being used. You can now get a bird's eye view of your credit usage for any selected time period, broken down by source type, including AI agents, campaigns, broadcast, CRM workflows, and more. If you want to dig deeper, simply use the source type filter to focus on one or more categories and quickly identify which automations are driving credit usage.
Next, we've expanded analytics for AI text and agents. You can now see exactly how contacts are progressing through your AI engagement lifecycle, from contacts that have been enrolled to those currently in active conversations, all the way to those completed conversations or contacts that have opted out. For appointment booking agents, you'll also see detailed booking metrics, including how many customers booked meetings, canceled, or rescheduled. And because every metric is clickable, you can instantly drill into the list of contacts behind each number for faster follow-ups and analysis.
For customers using local 10-digit numbers to communicate with customers in the US, upgrading your messaging capacity is now easier than ever. If you have outgrown the low volume standard package, you can now upgrade directly to the standard package from within Salesmsg. This increases your daily messaging limits from 2,000 segments to up to 600,000 segments per day, while also boosting your sending throughput from fewer than four messages per second to up to 225 messages per second, making it ideal for businesses sending larger broadcasts.
And finally, we've made it easier for teams to evaluate Salesmsg together. While you're on trial, you can now invite unlimited team members to your account. Simply head to the Members page in Salesmsg, enter your teammates' email addresses, and send the invitation. Now your entire team can explore the platform together and make sure Salesmsg is the right fit before upgrading.
That's it for this round of monthly updates. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next month.
