Search for & Invite CRM Contacts

If you have a large or constantly changing team, then you probably need to invite members to Salesmsg on an ongoing basis. Prior to this new improvement, you had to know the email of the member you want to invite. Now, you can simply search all the contacts of your connected CRMs by typing part of the individual’s name or email address. All the relevant results across all the connected CRMs will come up summarized by each CRM.

However, there are maybe times where you would like to collaborate with others or ensure coverage during time off. Personal inboxes now have the same functionality that shared ones have. This includes adding members, choosing a default assignee for incoming texts, and leveraging Round Robin Assignment.

Request Salesmsg Access in HubSpot

If you are a HubSpot user and not all your team members have access to Salesmsg yet, they can now request access with one click without leaving HubSpot. Your team’s admin will be notified by email and will have a view of all access requests under Members in the Salesmsg settings window. From there, the admin can approve or revoke requests and the team members who made requests will be notified by email.
