The much-requested Group Messaging feature is finally part of Salesmsg. Now you can engage multiple customers in the same conversation. You can now easily start a new group conversation or add more recipients to an existing one. If you create a group of recipients whom you have already communicated with, then you are taken back to the existing group conversation for consistency.

Make Calls From Hubspot
The Salesmsg HubSpot app got a major improvement this month. You can now rely on the native integration of Salesmsg calling to reach out to all your HubSpot Contacts without leaving the application. Simply select Salesmsg as your calling provider, and you will be to make and receive calls with one click.

Export Your Salesmsg Contacts
For many Salesmsg users, the platform has become a key store for contacts. You can now export your Salesmsg contacts with one click. You have the option to select all your contacts for export or filter out only a subset of the contacts for exporting based on a Segment. The contacts you chose to export will be emailed to you in a CSV file format.

Salesmsg will automatically recognize phone numbers and emails, and for the rest of the fields, you have the ability to map them to existing custom fields or create new ones on the fly.
