You can see all your conversations in one place as well as originating Inbox. Use your Unified Inbox to send messages as well

Contact Blocking

Block messages from the contacts you would like to avoid from an active view. Blocking a contact doesn’t prevent your organization from receiving messages. We just hide those messages from the Conversation List. Blocking works both ways. If you change your mind in the future unblocking is only a click away

In this release we introduced an ability to show and hide custom field columns. Once you chose to display the custom columns they become both sortable and searchable, allowing for easy information retrieval
