Mention Team Members on Notes
Do you need to draw the attention of one or more of your team members to an important conversation? Simply use the ‘@' sign in Conversation Notes to notify them. To notify everyone on the inbox, use ‘@Inbox’.
Quickly Add Team Members to an Inbox
You can mention any member who has access to Salesmsg. If the member you want notify is not on the inbox, as an Inbox Owner you will be promoted with the option to add the individual to the inbox without leaving the conversation.
