Advanced Conversation Search

Multi-Criteria

With the latest updates to the conversation search feature, you can now find conversations based on Tags, Contacts, Inboxes, Assigned Members and a Date range. You can also just start typing a contact name or number to quickly start a conversation from the search bar.

Granular Search

You can combine multiple search criteria along with text keywords to craft granular search queries to zero in on the conversations you are most interested in. Alternatively, you can search by a keyword only and all the conversations where that keyword appears will be displayed.

Multiple Results

One of the best things about the updated Search feature, is the ability to see multiple search results. The most relevant ones based on your criteria will be at the top. From there, you can view individual messages and even select multiple conversations to run Bulk Actions.
