Salesmsg's Enhanced Conversation Management brings several valuable features to the table, designed to simplify the lives of marketing and sales managers. First up is the "Needs Response" filter, a game-changer for identifying unreplied conversations without the need for manual outbound messages. This feature allows you to zero in on conversations that genuinely demand your attention, reducing unnecessary clutter and noise. Combined with three sorting options—Newest, Oldest, and Priority First—you gain the ability to prioritize the most time-sensitive interactions effectively. This ensures that important discussions are promptly addressed, preventing them from slipping through the cracks in your busy inbox.
Another handy feature is the "Highlight Important Conversations" tool. It's a straightforward yet effective way to mark discussions as top priority, ensuring they receive the attention they deserve and stay at the forefront. This feature not only saves you time but also keeps your Salesmsg conversations meticulously organized, so you never overlook essential matters.
Lastly, this update simplifies opt-out management with the "Auto-Close Conversation on Unsubscribed" setting. By activating this feature, conversations are automatically closed when contacts opt out, streamlining your workflow and ensuring compliance with opt-out requests. Improved Smart Inbox
With the Improved Smart Inbox, Salesmsg give you more control over the platform. You can now initiate calls and choose the number you want to call or text from, or simply trust Copilot to make the choice for you. We've streamlined the process by setting 'Auto' as the default option for new calls, making it pretty straightforward to get started. Whether you're beginning a new conversation or responding to a contact, 'Auto' is right there in the number field, providing flexibility and convenience. Plus, you have the freedom to switch between numbers selected by Copilot before sending the first message, ensuring that your messaging is done your way.
Enabling this feature is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Salesmsg Account. (Don’t have one - start a trial today)!
- Navigate to the "Conversations" page and select the Smart Inbox from the "Inboxes" dropdown.
- Start a new conversation with a contact, and you'll notice the new "Sent from" dropdown, which includes inbox numbers and the "Auto" option.
- As you send a message to the contact, observe that the number is automatically set by Copilot for the conversation.
- When starting a new conversation again, you can select any number from the "Sent from" dropdown, and it will be set for the conversation.
- If you want to make a call, click the "Call" icon, enter the contact number, and click the "Call" button. You'll see that the inbox number is set to the conversation by Copilot.
- To take more control over your call, click the "Call" icon again, enter the contact number, and this time, select the inbox number from the dropdown before clicking the "Call" button. You'll observe that the call is made from the selected number.
This Improved Smart Inbox feature puts you in the driver's seat, ensuring that your communication experience is tailored to your preferences and needs.
A More Efficient Chrome Extension

- Caller ID Recognition: Never wonder who's calling or texting again. Our Caller ID recognition feature automatically identifies incoming calls and SMS from contacts not in database, helping you stay organized and informed.
- Enhanced Media Sharing: We've boosted media sharing capabilities. You can now share images up to 30MB in size and send videos up to 100MB with GIF previews, allowing you to share rich content with ease and clarity.

The AI Texting Assistant is a game-changing addition to Salesmsg conversations, designed to make content or message creation more efficient. Let's delve into the ways this advanced feature empowers you:
Suggest a Response: When time is of the essence, Suggest a Response comes to your rescue. It intelligently analyzes incoming messages and generates contextually appropriate responses for you. This feature is a lifesaver when you need quick and accurate replies without the hassle of composing them from scratch. Simply review the suggested response, click "I like it!" if it aligns with the conversation, and hit Send Message. If it doesn't quite fit, no worries—click "Try again" for a different suggestion. The AI Texting Assistant ensures you maintain a high level of responsiveness while still personalizing your replies effortlessly.
Rephrase a Message: Crafting the perfect message can be a challenge, especially when it comes to spelling and phrasing. With the Rephrase My Message option, you can rely on the AI to help you fine-tune your SMS. If you're uncertain about the wording, simply ask the AI to rephrase the message for you, ensuring that your messages are clear and error-free.
Turn Ideas Into Texts: When time is tight, and you need to convey a message perfectly, the AI Texting Assistant is your go-to solution. Just provide key message keywords and click "Expand My Message." The AI will expand your message while maintaining coherence and meaning, allowing you to communicate effectively even when you're pressed for time.
