First, your AI agent can now pull information directly from web pages. Just select Import Web Page when adding content. Paste a URL and that page becomes part of your knowledge base. It's a simple way to keep your agents updated with the most accurate and relevant information.
Next, you don't always need to upload a file. Now, you can create a document right in your knowledge base and paste any custom text like FAQs, policies, and product details. It's a quick way to improve your AI agents on the spot. And the best part, you can edit those documents anytime to keep the information fresh and up to date.
We've also doubled the file upload limit, giving your AI agents a larger library of information to work with. Plus, you can now preview documents in the knowledge base, making it easier to organize and ensure you have the right content.
And finally, you now have control over which documents each agent can use. Assign documents to specific AI agents so they can only reference the content that is relevant to their role, keeping responses accurate and on point
