Hi everyone. As you may already know, Sales Message is going international and today we're very excited to announce that Sales Message is fully usable with UK based phone numbers.
The first step is to complete UK compliance. Hop to the compliance section in the settings and under international you will find the UK regulatory bundle. If you have already been approved for 10DLC, a lot of the required information will be automatically populated for you. Once you submit and are approved, you'll be able to add UK numbers to your account.
Adding UK numbers is very simple. On the numbers page, click on add number and select the buy a number option. From there, select the United Kingdom as your country and search by digits for a number you like. Once you find one, you can add it to an existing inbox. This is a very cool option if you have customers in the US and Canada and you want one smart international inbox that automatically uses the right number to send and call from based on where the contact is based. Alternatively, you can keep things simple and create a new inbox for your UK number or have it ready for assignment at a later point.
