Never miss an opportunity to connect with your leads and customers. With Salesmsg, you can now set up automatic follow-up text messages for missed phone calls. To set it up, simply head to the Inbox Calling Settings and enable the follow-up text for missed calls. In that follow-up message, you can thank your customers for calling and provide your meetings booking link. Once enabled, every missed call will be followed up with this text message within 5 seconds.
Didn't mean to send that text? Now you can hit undo to delete it. Simply click on the arrow near the send button and enable the undo messages toggle. You will have 5 seconds to undo a text after it's sent. If you change your mind about sending a text before the timer runs out, simply click on the undo option to cancel sending that text. Otherwise, you can let the timer run out or hit "Instant Send."
Take control of your SMS campaigns with our optimized delivery feature. By leveraging phone checker data, previous sent outcomes, and unsubscribed status, we ensure that you only reach phone numbers with the highest likelihood of messages being delivered. This means fewer undeliverable text messages and optimized messaging costs.
Last but not least, for Zapier users, you can now send ringless voicemail messages directly from Zapier. This new Salesmsg action gives you the ability to automatically send hundreds or even thousands of voicemails without making a single phone call. Combine SMS and ringless voicemail for better engagement and results.
