Hi everyone! We've just rolled out one of the most requested integrations on the platform: Zoho CRM.
Getting started is very simple. Just head over to the App Marketplace, find Zoho CRM, and click Connect. You'll be prompted to log in to your Zoho account and confirm access. Once connected, two-way contact syncing is automatically enabled. That means any update you make to synced contacts - whether in Salesmsg or Zoho—will flow seamlessly between both apps.
Once integrated, all your Zoho contacts are searchable directly in Salesmsg. So, when sending a new message or making a call, just search for your contact and it will appear under the Zoho CRM tab. Select the contact, and Salesmsg will automatically create and sync it between both systems, keeping everything up to date in real time.
Lastly, if you already have a contact in Salesmsg, you can easily link it to its match in Zoho. Just click Link Contact, search your CRM contacts, and connect them. Once linked, the two records will stay perfectly in sync.
