Hi everyone! We've given the Integrations page on Salesmsg a major update-both in look and functionality. So, say hello to the new App Marketplace.

The new App Marketplace features a clean, modern design that makes it easy to browse and manage your integrations. You can quickly zero in on what’s already connected or search for new apps by category or theme. If you don’t see the app you’re looking for, just click Request Integration-it only takes one click.

Alongside the App Marketplace, we’re also rolling out a redesigned Settings page for each integration, starting with HubSpot. All the settings you’re familiar with are still here, but now they’re neatly organized and easier to navigate.

Plus, we’ve added some powerful new capabilities:

In the Webhook section, you can use webhook actions in HubSpot workflows to create and link contacts directly in Salesmsg.

In the Users section, you can map your HubSpot users to Salesmsg users-even if you have a long list of HubSpot teammates. Simply search and map to grant access.

The Contact Syncing section gives you complete control over how contacts are shared between the two platforms. Whether it’s one-way sync, two-way sync, or contact ownership rules, you’ve got the flexibility to make it work your way.

If you’re using Salesmsg with HubSpot Inbox and Help Desk, you will now see any inboxes you’ve connected as Custom Channels, right here in their own section. Everything in one place-nice and tidy.

New to the integration is the Property Mapping section. You can now sync custom Salesmsg fields to any contact property in HubSpot. This is especially useful if you’re using AI qualification agents to collect data-everything flows straight into HubSpot automatically.

And finally, Timeline Events. You now have full control over what appears in your HubSpot timeline-messages, calls, notes, voicemail-you name it. You can also choose whether these logs show up only on the contact record or across associated objects like deals and tickets.

That’s a wrap for this update! Go check out the new App Marketplace and the updated HubSpot integration settings. We’ve got more improvements coming soon, so stay tuned-and thanks for watching.
