Hi everyone. A couple of weeks ago, we introduced text-based surveys in Salesmsg. And since then, we've already made a lot of improvements to make it even more powerful. So, let's take a look at what's new.
First up, you can now set up recurring surveys. This is great for keeping a pulse on your MPS over time and understanding how customer sentiment changes as your business evolves. Simply enable reenroll contacts when setting up your survey. From there, you can reenroll contacts whenever your survey trigger criteria is met again or keep things simple with a recurring schedule.
For example, you can send the survey every month, every year, or create your own custom schedule. That way, NPS becomes something you continuously measure instead of one time snapshot.
Next, you can now use a customer's last MPS score to drive other automations in Salesmsg. Simply add last NPS score to your contacts filters and select the scores you want to target. For example, you could identify your promoters with scores of 9 and 10 and automatically enroll them into a broadcast asking for review or sharing a referral link. This gives you an easy way to turn survey feedback into the next customer interaction.
You can also now export your survey results for deeper analysis. From the survey dashboard, simply click export report, choose your format, and export the data. This is especially useful when you want to dig deeper into the qualitative feedback customers leave alongside their scores. For example, you could analyze exported responses with AI to identify common themes, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
And finally, you can now take bulk actions directly from your survey results. Simply select the customers you want to work with, then choose what happens next. You could apply a tag, engage them with an AI agent, add them to a power dollar queue, or send them a broadcast. So instead of just reviewing your survey results, you can immediately take action on the customers behind them. And that's it for this round of updates, give those features a try today. And thanks for watching.
